Most proposals book with a two (2) hour site fee, three (3) hour site representative, and a $250 dollar fee, which totals $1,900 dollars. Couples then add wine based on their guest count at one bottle per two guests. Please review the Barn Menu for available wine selections.
The Terrace is a separate private area on the property, while the Outlook is a semi‑private space located at The Barn Tasting Room. What sets them apart, is that the Outlook has a 360-degree view and is part of our retail location. This is actually GREAT though for camouflaging a surprise proposal at the Outlook!
Booking between 3 months and one week is ideal so we can have staff available and you can find vendors to assist whether it's just a photographer or photographer, florist and musician.
This space is more intimate, but all food and wine are still available. The Terrace is nestled in the vineyards with amazing views of the mountains and sunset.
Most proposals are two (2) hours at the Outlook to allow time for setup, the proposal itself, photos, and clean‑up. If you plan to celebrate on the outlook with your wine and food, the total time needed would be 3–4 hours, at $750 dollars more per additional hour (~$800 dollars with staff).

Couples then add wine based on their guest count at one bottle per two guests + an 18% booking fee. Outside wine is not permitted, and gratuity is not included and can be added onsite. Please review the Barn Menu for available wine selections.
Food must be ordered through our onsite food vendor, Novikov Restaurant. The space comes unfurnished; we offer wine barrels, wooden picnic tables, umbrellas and chairs. Florals or décor shown in photos are not included. All vendors must be approved by Cielo prior to booking, with a certificate of insurance required. Heaters may be rented for an additional 125 dollars each.
The site fee is refundable up until 7 days before the event.
Yes, there is a $20 valet fee per car on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Not really. It is an open, empty space. There are ways to cleverly hide them by sitting them hidden by menus or umbrellas or you can rent a couple of hedge walls and incorporate into your design to hide them. Otherwise, your guests can either hide up top and come down afterward!
Yes, there is a 2-3 hour limit for each reservation depending on party size.
One decision that you'll need to make is whether or not you want to rent additional hours to stay and celebrate on the Outlook or move up top and have us reserve a table at the Tasting Room to enjoy your preordered wine!
